Empty fields after sending file via CF

  • Hello
    I have CF plugin ver 3.4.1 and WP 3.61.
    And I have this form:

    [text your-login default:user_login readonly]</p>
    [text your-message "text"] </p>
    [file file-265 limit:1000 filetypes:jpg]
    [submit “Send”]

    As you can see, there is autoinsert users login and message and user can’t change his name.
    And then user goes to page with that form, he see what it is already filled and he need to attach jpeg only and send it.

    But after he send file (after pushing Send button), all fields are become empty.
    How can I fix this?
    I need to keep nickname and text in fields all time. And after sending file too.
    Because if user send file and after that he want to send another, he need to reload page. If he wouldn’t reload it, fields will be ampty and I will receive file without information about user who sent it.
    I hope you understand that I mean.
