Empty fields checkout page

We are using woocommerce in a wordpress installation that only logged in visitors can see. When you are placing an order and go to the checkout page the customer details are saved in the invoice fields like name adress, postal code etc. We want that the details are not saved and empty every time you visit the checkout page. This is because every customer is logged in with the same account, so we are using one account for everyone that is visiting our site.
How can we make sure that the details are deleted or not saved?
