Empty Fields in Member Data

    Hi

    I have been getting some support from Matt via email but I thought I would throw this out in case someone in the forum could help over the weekend.

    I found when I looked at the Member details (entered via a Registration page generated by the Form Builder Addon Plugin) that many of the fields were empty even though I know I had filled them in (such as Address and Phone).

    Have I done something wrong with the form? I added a number of custom fields and moved things around a bit but nothing major.

    Could anyone give me an idea of what to try to fix this?

    I am running V3.9.6 of the Plugin, V4.8.1 of the Form Builder plugin and WordPress 5.3.2
