Empty form and a .txt file

    Hi, I have 2 web-sites, where integrate this plugin. It’s great plugin, I have paid PRO version.
    All worked perfectly, but yesterday a lot of forms become don’t work, I get an email with an empty form and a .txt file. Please let me know if I have some set up incorrect or something. I have purchased the complete version.
    Error message in the TXT file (first line):
    ”Error generating PDF: API error at pdf-ninja.php:741.”
    I tried to disable all of plugins. All input PDF’s are an acroform, title of PDF’s is short.
    Please, help me, because I did this forms near 2 months (20 PDF forms),but now most of them don’t work, I get email with empty form and a .txt file.

    Hi,

    I’ve launched an update Friday night which seems to be causing your issues. It is related to missing fonts which are not embedded in your PDF file. I’ve rolled back the update for now until this can be resolved. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please see if you can embed the fonts you use into your PDF files.

    I have recently installed the plugin which is working great, but I am having the same issue. I am getting an unfilled pdf and “https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/empty-form-and-a-txt-file/” error txt file.

    Hi,

    Are you seeing ‘API error’ in your txt file? If yes, most likely there is some sort of issue with your PDF file. Try rebuilding it in a different PDF editing software. Most of the time these errors are caused by problematic PDF files.

    To be sure, I will need to pull up the exact error message. I will need either your website URL, a few characters of your key or the PDF file to debug your issue further. Please send me your details or your PDF file to admin at maximum dot software.
