empty href Tracking-ID

    Hey
    We are using JTL with woocommerce. In JTL we generate the DHL Label and tracking ID.
    The Tracking ID is correctly transfered to woocommerce and listed in Tracking Information via your Plugin.
    But the URL is empty. And users don’t like empty links =)
    Or they just ask

    <a class="tracking_number" href="" target="_blank" style="font-weight: normal;color: #03a9f4;text-decoration: none;font-size: 14px;line-height: 19px;margin-top: 4px">003404341XXXXXXX</a>

    there is no shipping provider in the order and our the default shipping provider is dhl paket. but this info is missing

    Hi @moesioli,

    You will need to map the shipping provider name in the Shipping providers list. You will need to upgrade to AST PRO to map the shipping provider.
    Please check this documentation for more details about the map shipping providers feature.
