I just found your plugin and I try to make it work.

I have Divi 4.0.4 installed and the following plugins

    Active plugins:
    breeze/breeze.php
    redis-cache/redis-cache.php
    seo-by-rank-math/rank-math.php
    static-html-output-plugin/wp2static.php
    wordfence/wordfence.php

The index.html file that was created for the homepage is this one

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "https://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd">
    <html><body><p>‹</p></body></html>

Same happened to other pages. I tried both in a subfolder and in a zip to run it locally.

    Any idea?

    Hi there dantekavala,

Would you please try disable Wordfence plugin? It might limit WP2Static from crawling your site. See if this helps.

    Hi @dantekavala,

Additionally, you shouldn’t need Breeze or WordFence when you’re using WP2Static in the recommended way.

Please go through the Getting Started section on this page, which should help clear things up in terms of server setup:

    https://wp2static.com/documentation/

Redis-cache should still be useful while crawling/generating the static site, depending on what objects it’s caching, but if you want a simpler setup, you can remove that in your dev server, too.

Pleqse let me know if any of that is unclear or if you have any more questions.

We’re excited to see more people going static!

    Cheers,

    Leon
