    Good morning everyone,

    In my installation the log is empty even if there is pagination the system show “No matching records found”, and every new request is counted but not visibile. How can I solve this?

    When try to delete everything the system get a message back “Error deleting logs”.

    How can I solve?

    Additionally, ensure that you have logging enabled, by navigating to Post SMTP Settings> Logging tab. Also, Delivery Mode is set to “Log Email & Send” in the Advanced tab.

    To access the Diagnostic Test Report, simply navigate to the Post SMTP dashboard and find it under the Troubleshooting section on the right hand side.
