Empty mail content

    Hi there!

    The last hours, we received some feedback from our customers that they got empty confirmation mails. This happened on two different WordPress installations, one where we use the free plugin version and one where we use the pro version.

    Do you know if this happened before, or if this might be a current issue with our own mail server?

    Hi,

    I recommend you to install an email log plugin so it keeps a record of the emails sent from the website and this way detect email issues.
