Empty Options

Hi,
Recently (maybe after updating), the menu of use type items to select as taxonomies are now blank. There also appear to be significantly more options to choose from (although all blank) than entries in the post type I’m using as a taxonomy.

Here are some screen shots of the dropdown menu I’m using to select the taxonomy, as well as the html it’s outputting.

Changing the type of menu didn’t seem to effect the output either.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts. I appreciate attention you give to this.
