    Hi folks,

Thanks for your post. I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Have you tried deactivating other plugins to look for a conflict, or switching to a default theme like Twenty Twelve? If you need help, please read this guide to testing for conflicts.

If you can isolate this as an issue that’s inherent to The Events Calendar, we’d be happy to look into it further. Unfortunately, we can’t help troubleshoot conflicts here on the free forum. If you do find a conflict, you can try getting in touch with the developer of the theme or plugin and see if they can shed some light on the issue.

We also have some resources that might be helpful for you in troubleshooting a conflict:

? Themer’s Guide – provides an overview of how to customize the plugin’s frontend appearance.
? Tutorials – useful tips and tricks for changing how the plugin looks and behaves.
? Technical Docs – provides an overview of the classes and functions in each plugin

Good luck, and thanks for using The Events Calendar!

Digging us for using free support while blaming other developers was super helpful.

Despite your willingness to add value and encourage me to invest further in your products I managed to fix my problem. Modern Tribe, removed a function, in an update, so the custom template I was using to override the list view was broken. Replacing the function with the newer version fixed the problem.

@liesbethwp See this forum post for reference: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/navigation-error-when-using-list-view/ Good Luck.

    Tnx Realdoublebee!
    I’ll go try that.

I wasn’t trying to get free support. I just wanted people to know what will happen to a plugin when you update wordpress.
I allways value that information when I want to choose a plugin.

Thanks for posting the solution realdoublebee. I am sorry your are unsatisfied with our free support. To be honest it is unfortunately necessary that we can not help with conflict/customization issues here, in order to stay ahead financially and thus continue developing the plugin. Our free support is limited to bugs and quick fixes. If post an error log we probably can narrow it down with a quick fix like “that function is not longer used and has been deprecated the past 5 versions, use this instead”, but as it stood sadly we could not because we did not enough information.

I am glad thar worked. If you are still having trouble LiesbethWP either enable PHP error reporting, or check your PHP error logs. If it is a blank screen odds are that an error is appearing each time you visit the page, probably with some helpful information like function x is not declared.

    Thanks for posting!

    – Brook
