    Hello,
I’m using Ultimate Members (Free) on my website and it’s great but on the change password page (where logged in members can change their password), the 3 input fields are empty. I know the first one is for the current password and the other 2 for the new password but why are there no placeholders and how do you fix it ?
Thanks to anyone who might help

    Hi @arnaudriviere,

Are you referring to the Account page and Password tab?
You should see the “Current password, New password and Confirm password labels, do you have these labels?
If you don’t see these labels, try switching to the default theme and see if this issue goes away.

    Regards.

Hello thank you for you reply
Yes I am referring to the password tab on the account page ith the Current/new/confirm passwords, and no I don’t have the labels.
And I am already on the default theme (that’s the only one available) so idk what the problem is

    Hi @arnaudriviere,

Can you please attach a screenshot of this issue if possible?
Please try to disable all plugins except Ultimate members so we can rule out conflicts with one of your plugin. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.
