Empty product page

    Hello,

    I started the product catalogue (premium version).
    I have set up everything, also made a product description, add additional pictures and video.

    When I click om the product I get an empty page.

    I already changed the product page type and tried different layout settings of the product page

    Please check the single product on https://www.abcdive.nl/product-catalogue/
    Just click on the product en you will get an empty page.

    What am I doing wrong?

  • Hi ABC,

    I clicked on “Suunto Zoop Novo” and was able to see the Tabbed layout page (with the tabs “Product beschrijving” and “Aanvullende“).

    Do you have pretty permalinks turned on? If so, you’ll need to specify a “Slug” in the Edit Product page.

    Edit: sorry I forgot to mention that while I was able to see the tabbed page, the image was blank and there didn’t seem to be any text within the tabbed sections (which is why I asked about the the pretty permalinks)
