Empty reports

    Hi,
    I have a small store with small sales (every few days). The orders have the stat “Completed”. Unfortunately under Woocommerce > Reports all stats are empty. It’s as if there are no sales at all. All charts have a value of “0”

    Woocommerce is version 8.9.3, Wordpres 6.6, PHP version 8.1.27

    Thank you for contacting Woo support.

    I need more information to help you resolve this issue.
    Could you share a screenshot of the Woocommerce > Reports?

    Next, edit a few orders that should show up in the reports.
    Then share a screenshot of the order details with me.
    Make sure order notes are visible in the screenshot.

    Lastly, I suggest you clear Analytics Cache.
    This might fix the issue.
