Empty reports except visit logs
-
Hi,
First thanks for your work and this free plugin. But I might have some errors that prevent Matomo to save data for the reports. I do have access to the dashboard with visits log and real-time but that’s it, every other reports are empty as well as the Summary WP page.
When I inspect the source code, I do have the Matomo script.
<!-- Matomo --><script> var _paq = window._paq = window._paq || []; _paq.push(['trackAllContentImpressions']);_paq.push(['trackPageView']);_paq.push(['enableLinkTracking']);_paq.push(['alwaysUseSendBeacon']);_paq.push(['setTrackerUrl', "\/\/aepsilon.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/matomo\/app\/matomo.php"]);_paq.push(['setSiteId', '1']);var d=document, g=d.createElement('script'), s=d.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; g.type='text/javascript'; g.async=true; g.src="\/\/aepsilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/matomo\/matomo.js"; s.parentNode.insertBefore(g,s); </script> <!-- End Matomo Code -->
Here is the report I have in Diagnostics:
