Empty style tag echoed, just not so nice…

Hi there i just noticed that the redux plugin outputs an empty style tag on all pages where i use gutenberg.

after some investigation i found that the style tag is echoed in class-gutenber-custom-css.php Line 111. can we please just don’t output anything if cycle_through_blocks doesn’t return any styles? i like to keep stuff clean so that would be really nice if you could fix that. By the way the type attribute should be omitted in html5, think it’s save to remove that now in 2020.
