Empty ‘take a screenshot’ button on top nav added by plugin

    Seems that Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin is adding “take a screenshot” button on Top Admin Bar. However the link is empty and only contains ‘#’ in the URL.

    When disabling the plugin it is removed.
