Empty white spaces at the header and footer

    I have white spaces at the footer and header of my website.

    I’m not sure how they got their. I thought maybe from the header and footer widgets, or maybe updates.

    I could use some help resolving this.

  • Hi @mikvh,

    You have an empty Top bar, Header and Footer Widgets area. All of them have paddings set.

    In Appearance > Customize > Layout, you may try setting the padding values of the Top Bar, Header and the Footer to 0 to remove these empty spaces.

    Thanks bunches!

    I did what you said and it took care of the problem. However; I also had to go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Colors > Header and changed the header background color to take care of the white space in the header area.
