I have a problem that when I put the name and description in for an album and save changes it appends [:EN] to the beginning of the name and description. It also adds [:EN] to the beginning of the name of each photo.
If I delete the [:EN] from the name and description and save again it puts it back and adds [:EN] to the photo names again, so you have [:EN][:EN] in front of the photo names. I’ve been searching trying to figure where this is coming from and finally gave up and decided to ask for help. Here is the info from the top of the settings page.
Database revision: 405. WP Charset: UTF-8. Current PHP version: 5.2.17. WPPA+ API Version: 4-0-4-000.
I would appreciate any help you could give.

    Thanks,
    BMJinGA

You most probably had qTranslate active when you entered the names and descriptions. If so, you have to remove thos tags by hand.

I looked up qTranslate and it’s a plugin, and I don’t use it. I really do appreciate you giving it a try at helping me out.

Please mail me your email address ( to opajaap at opajaap.nl )
I will send you 2 files, that replace the same named in wp-photo-album-plus.
I changed the way to detect if qTranslate is installed, that should fix it, but i like you to test it before i publish it.
Pls say in the email that it is about the qtranslate issue, so i know who you are
