Enable admin bar when manage_woocommerce is disabled

Hi. I have the role that only can add/edit/delete product capabilities. I disable woocommerce menu and other menus by using “Admin menu editor” plugin to block access for that role.

When I was logged in, the admin bar is not displayed. So I can’t do the actions for product.

Can you give me the solution? Or any plugins can solve it?
