• Hello,

    Every time I check the box for Snippets inside of the network settings page, it just reverts back to unchecked – it doesn’t actually save the check. =/

    Hi Brad,

    Thank you for reporting this problem.

    I have tested this out and unfortunately I can’t seem to reproduce it.

    Can I ask whether this issue is only occurring on one of your sites, or whether it’s also appearing on multiple WordPress sites? If you use a caching plugin, it might also be worth clearing the cache there or at least trying a different web browser.

    If you have access your WordPress database, it might be helpful to check what the value of the menu_items entry in the sitemeta table is, as that’s where this option should be stored.

    We only use server level caching – I cleared the cache, but that didn’t resolve the issue. This is what I’m showing in the menu_items entry a:2:{s:7:"plugins";s:1:"1";s:8:"snippets";s:1:"1";}

    Can you try resetting that value and then seeing if reselecting the boxes changes that? From the looks of things the value saving and the boxes should be selected.
