Enable Blog Post Titles?

Hi,
None of the blog posts titles are showing in when post view. On fitcamp.com we have the categories split up as links on the top menu. The title appear fine in the truncated lists, but if you click the post itself, the title is not on the page.
There’s an option in theme Customize to “Enable blog titles” but that appears to apply to the home page.
We don’t have any plugins to turn off blog titles installed.
It’s possible some code was added once because I think at one time there was a duplicate issue; the title would appear, but it would also be there again on top of the page.
