I am working on a site someone else built, using a child theme of the U-Design theme. I do not have access to theme support.

I want to enable the Bottom 1 Widget on all pages. I tried using Widget Options plugin but it doesn’t work. I think I just need to figure out how to add the single widget to all pages, either using functions.php or modifying the child page template.

The Bottom 1 Widget can be seen at the bottom of the home page of the website, immediately ABOVE the footer which says “? 2020 Oakridge / Westfir Chamber of Commerce. All rights reserved.” The section in question shows the phone number and some navigational links with a background image. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Themes generally have a number of lay-outs / templates included.

The bottom 1 widget is likely only being included on the template for the front page.

The easiest may be to remove the Bottom 1 widget from the front page template and moving it to the footer.php file in the child theme.
That SHOULD make it show up on all pages (normally).

If you need further assistance, you will need to contact the theme’s author via their official support channel.
The www.ads-software.com volunteers are not equipped to support any premium (paid) products on these forums.

    All the best ??

@carike thank you for your answer. I tried that and it didn’t work so we’ll renew our license and go through U-Design support team.
