    Hello,

    Thank you for releasing this great plugin!

    May I ask if there’s a way to show the button also on WP Admin (backend) pages?

    We would use this feature to provide support for users of a multisite network directly in their admin.

    I would expect that the tricky part in the implementation would be to include in the first WA message the name of the logged-in WordPress user who sent it; this is useful because it is hard to support a user without knowing what user is that ??

    Of course, in this case, as he is an identified user, his name could be extracted without any problem and used as a variable. The truth is that yesterday we launched a great update and we are very busy with this, give us some time to assess your proposal ??.

    Hi Guido, we’ve been reviewing your proposal, it’s not easy. At the moment the plugin doesn’t have anything configured for multi-site. We’d have to do a relatively complex custom development. Greetings and thanks again for your contributions, possibly in the future you can be in our development roadmap. ??
