Enable commenting ONLY on CPT posts

    Are you making sure your comment disabling technique is not affecting the Documents post type? Have you checked “Comments” in the supports section of our plugin? You’ll also want to make sure the template files for your theme output the comment form just for this post type.

    Hi Michael!

    I hadn’t checked Comments in the Supports section! But after I did, nothing changed. It must be conflicting with the Genesis theme I’m using somehow.

    I’ll see if the StudioPress forums can help somehow. I really appreciate you replying!

    The checkbox will enable the support overall, but the template files still need to be set to show the comment form and whatnot for this specific case. Hope that helps.
