    We have the checkbox next to “Enable custom domain” checked, however, our checkout still redirects to the domain.myshopify.com. The plugin is up to date. Any suggestions to get this working properly?

    Hey there. Couple things to verify first …

    1. Have you cleared the plugin’s cache under the Tools tab? Sometimes these settings need to be flushed to take affect.

    2. Do you have your custom domain in Shopify setup and validated by Shopify? Does the myshopify.com domain redirect to your custom domain?
