    I would suggest to add a way to enable/disable headers and footers when required

    Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation with this. Sorry for the delay in replying you here in this thread.

    Kindly make sure that you have configured the Display Rules correctly, as seen in this screenshot. So it will work as you expected on both desktop and mobile.

    I hope that clarifies and clears any confusion you may have. Please let us know if you need further assistance OR if I am missing something.

    I was thinking about adding an ON/OFF button that could be very useful during testing a website but i will use the drop/down list. Thanks
