Enable Gravity Form From Email to Override Postman SMTP

Just looking for a way to enable the Gravity Form from email to override the setup in Postman SMTP. In most instances for email notifications being sent, I want it to be sent from the email I setup in Postman SMTP. However, I have 2 specific forms that needs to be sent from a different email address, so how can I handle this with Postman SMTP?

I noticed the support for multiple mailboxes has still not been resolved and is still an open case. Is that the only viable solution for my issue or is there a snippet of code that I can add that will override Postman SMTP for only Gravity Forms?
