Enable HTML formatting in Featured Content or Action Teaser area?

  • I am working with a site using a child theme of Renden. I have a question about some of the areas available via the Customizer – both the Featured Content areas, as well as the Action Teaser.

    When you enter content via the Customizer for the Featured Content areas or the Action Teaser area, it only allows for simple text. Any HTML formatting that is entered is simply presented as a text as well.

    Is there a way to enable HTML formatting for such areas, such that one could add links for example? Or shortcodes?

    (For the site above, for example, it would be great to make “University of North Carolina’s Department of Music” a link in the Teaser, and it would be great to have the blog feed in one of the Featured Content areas.)

    If you want HTML formatting then you can page builder there is option like Visual editor text you can use it do HTML formatting .
