Enable links in description and instructions textareas

    It is actually possible to use HTML in the description and instruction steps. You’ll just have to type it manually.

    This could be a <a href="https://www.google.com">link</a> for example

    I feel like using the TinyMCE editor for those fields would make everything look and feel really bloated, but I might look into some other possibilities in the future.
