Enable Location hierarchy links for the location pages .

we want to add the locatons hierarchy links on our website . can we enable this with plugin feature or can we do this any type of custom code .

we enable to add locations in hierarchy but pages links not follow up the hirachey order .
like we want to
for usa > newyork — link need — baseurl/location/usa/newyork
