enable on complete website not found

Hi!

I am building my second website. I want to use the transparant header like i did in my first website but after the Astra update i cant seem te fix it. I followed the youtube tutorial ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ds77qOjJzk4 ) in which they say to click on: enable on complete website. But somehow this option is not visible on my site. I just followed the steps: header builder-transparant header. Anobody can help me out?
