Enable on Custom Pages not working

Hi,
The plugin works great when I choose ‘Enable on Home page’ or ‘Enable on All Pages’. However, when I choose ‘Enable on Custom Pages’ and add the pages ids, no ads are shown. Not even the ads I selected to be displayed on home page only.
