Enable only free shipping

  • Hi support,

    I have store, that have no define flat rate price, because the courier will charge customer for shipping, and my products doesnt have weight specification (price for shipping is based on weight). So the shipping on one hand is dynamic.
    But, i have option for free shipping if the order is above specific ammount.

    In woocommerce settings, i have enable shipping, and only shipping method is free shipping over 12.000 rsd.
    When I add product below specified amount, there is notification on checkout page:

    There doesn‘t seem to be any available shipping methods. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    How to solve this?
