I wonder if there is any way to enable Autoptimize for admin area? We have really lot of articles and plugins about how to speed up wordpress, but not as many for admin area. Our blog authors team also need a fast editor to work.

For now, I have many css and js files from pluins and none of them are combined to make fewer server requests. I know about CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS option in wordpress but it does not combines all the scripts and styles, only some of them.

    Am I doing somethins wrong?

AO indeed does not work on the admin-area bzik, amongst other reasons because of WordPress core’s CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS (which is on by default), but no idea why not all scripts and styles are combined that way I’m afraid, sorry.

Thanks for your answer. Is there any hope that AO will support admin area optimization in the future? Even when CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS is on, AO’s optimization is much better and more advanced.
