    Hi jaccia,

That is really strange. I am not sure why. Do the other PayPal settings on the page save? If you submit the form, is PayPal active?

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi,

the same with me. I tried with sandbox and live paypal account.
WHen I submit the form the paypal is not active.

I am testing plugin on this page
    https://www.designedtokill.info/fr/cheques-cadeaux/#wpcf7-f2678-p19-o1

The goal is to create gift certificate form.

When I try to Enable PayPal on the form and save the form, nothing happens.

Please advise what I am doing wrong and how to activate payment option in the form.

Thanks you for your plugin and support,
    Olga

    Hi olgaboca,

I went to your site and checked it out the form. This does not appear to be the same problem.

If the PayPal add on was not working it would then submit the form like normal. Instead it just gives a white screen. This means that some code somewhere is giving a PHP error.

The problem appears to be something with your site specifically. If you can look at your PHP error log and post the error here I can probably tell you what the problem is. Without that, there is no way to figure out the problem

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi Scott,

Sorry, it took me some times to get back to you.

First I tried to activate debug mode and with my theme It just did not work.
I may need to contact my theme again to fix this issue. I use Jupiter.
    (will take some time )

I need to mention that I tried other plugins and I could not find anything like yours.

When I reactivate your plugin, all my contact forms are gone. I need to create them again to test your plugin.

I somehow doubt I can fix this problem without giving you access to my admin. Let me know what is the secure way to do it. Can I contact you directly?

Please let me know if you can help me, I want to buy pro version, if this plugin works with my theme.

    Thank you for your support.

    Hi olgaboca,

    1. First you need to enable debug mode, and figuring out what the error is. Or look at your PHP log file, it should be in there, even if debug mode is off.

    2. The plugin does not touch CF7 data. Therefore deactivating and reactivating it cannot delete your forms. Initially installing the plugin is the same as reactivating it.

    3. I don’t need access to your admin, I just need to look at the PHP error that is caused when you submit the form. Please do not buy the pro version until we can get this worked out.

    Scott
