Enable photoswipe for Jetpack Portfolio custom post type?

I am looking for a way to enable the photoswipe lightbox for Jetpack’s portfolio custom post type. I have this unchecked “Display all your gallery pictures in a cool mosaic.” and I think that’s the only other lightbox style gallery present on the site.
