Enable PHP Error Messages

Hi there,

I’ve bought a premium theme but having issues with the pages loading. The creator of the theme has kindly said he’ll look in to this for me but require PHP error messages activating.

I’ve asked my web hosting company to do it but they said to do something with a php.ini file… I’m a bit of a novice and was wondering if somebody could help?
