Enable Reset Buttons missing

    I am trying to reset my theme back to defaults. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the theme, clicking on all the reset buttons in the customizer but I can’t get the site title to come up and the site just looks weird. The single item in the FAQ states there is a way to “Enable Reset Buttons”; however, I can’t find this in my dashboard.
