Enable site-wide store notice text

I just uninstalled and reinstalled WooCommerce and now I cant get rid of the site wide notice:
“This is a demo store for testing purposes — no orders shall be fulfilled.”
Setting or un-Setting this option within WooCommerce has no affect.
Anyone?
