Maybe this theme have conflict with your plugins.
1. Please try: Disable all plugins ( except “OnePress Plus” plugin if installed).
2. Try to clear all cache.

And try reload again.

I had tried to disable all plugins (included onepress plus), the problem still exist. Thank you for your recommendation.
