Enable Two-finger Mouse Dragging on Mobile

Is there a way to prevent map dragging on mobile only but keep it on desktop. The reason for this is that it currently interferes with the mobile user experience. I know about the [!dragging] shortcode but it disables dragging on all screens. Preferably, there should be a way to allow mobile dragging with two fingers only.
