Enable users to resend confirmation email with the button

  • Hi,?after registration, I redirect users to the page where it says: Kindly follow to your email box and confirm your subscription.?I need to provide a button on this page that will enable the user to resend the email again. How can I do it with MailPoet?

    Hi there @dandi22,

    There isn’t a way in MailPoet right now for a subscriber to request the confirmation email be sent a second time, and no link that can be used for them to initiate the re-send.

    However, the sign-up form does re-send the confirmation email every time, even if the subscriber is already on your list.

    So, one workaround here could be to add text to suggest that they try the subscription process again if they did not get their confirmation email. Alternately, you could ask them to reach out to you directly, as you would be able to manually re-send their confirmation email from the dashboard of your site.
