Enabled Premium Version but free version is still loading

Hi! We have recently purchased the plugin and added license key however, upon activation the free version layout in add filter page is still loading and some premium functions are not there.

I have already uninstalled the free version and installed only the premium one. Tried deleting and installing again and again still the same issue.

Please advise.
