Hi I enable woocommerce and the site health says server slow, when I disable it the server isn’t slow. All I have done is enable it not set it up and no products yet so how can I fix this please.

I am using Divi theme and no issues until I enable the plugin.

    Thanks

  • Hi there @nanny7

Thank you for reaching out about your site health reporting that the server is slow, upon activating the WooCommerce plugin.

Just to clarify, are all the WooCommerce Server Recommendations met at the moment, or otherwise?

Additionally, are all the WordPress requirements met also?

Furthermore, a picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes. Therefore, could you also share a screenshot of the message that appears upon activating the WooCommerce plugin, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

Looking forward to your response. Thank you. ??

    Hi Pepe,

thank you for the quick reply. I have activated the plugin but have not set it up yet as this is a testing environment for design elements only for a style guide.

Everything has green ticks except for not having terms and conditions page set up.

I have all the WordPress and Woocommerce system requirements correct and have a status image from divi theme for you to view as well as some components from the Woo system status:
