Enabling email notifications does not work

    Enabling email notifications does not work!!!

    We go to WooCommerce > Settings > Email (tab)

    Then we click the notification we want to turn on. We click it on then go back to the Email tab and it is still greyed-out as an X (not enabled).

    Please can ANYONE help?!
