  • Hi Kristian,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The reason(s) the URL breaks is because there are two question marks in the URL. This has to do with your default product URL’s that look something like this:

    https://pincade.com.au/?product=pimoroni-fan-shim-for-raspberry-pi

Typically normal WooCommerce product URL’s get a clear URL like this:
    https://adtribes.io/product/elite-package/

So you basically have two options: configure WooCommerce as such that you also get clean product URL’s or disable the Google Analytics feature of our plugin.

Thanks. I’ve had to set up the URL creation that way due as a requirement for the social login by miniOrange. I was curious as to how come some URLs get formed correctly and some don’t?

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support-team again whenever you need our help.
