My landing pages we’re working just fine, but out of nowhere (there has not been a plugin update as there are no updates available) the visual content (images) disappear on these pages (build with seedprod) when the isolation mode is activated.

When the isolation mode is off, the images reappear but the footer doesn’t show properly (although I don’t want it to show in the first place).

Not sure what happend or if there is a work around. Anyone any ideas?

  • Hi @shillebrand,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Enabling Isolation mode will prevent third-party scripts from running on your landing pages.

I inspected your landing page and it noticed that the images are lazy loaded. In addition, the ‘src’ attribute doesn’t seem to be pointing to an image of your WordPress media library. Screenshot: https://d.pr/dUcd2i

Could you kindly confirm if disabling all other plugins makes any difference? Please ensure to clear all forms of cache before checking for any improvements.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Kind regards,

Nothing has changed plugin wise since building the webpages. All content works just fine as long as I disable the isolation mode. That is causing the issues.

This page (https://groeiendsucces.nl/inspiratiesessie/) has the exact same issues. I turned of the isolation mode and the images are shown again. But the footer appears (in a very strange way as well). Both current scenario’s aren’t ideal.

Not sure what happend in the plugin as everything was working just fine.

    Hi @shillebrand,

It seems that you’re using Smush on your website. Can you confirm if disabling Smush and Smush CDN makes any difference?

    Hi Ricardo,

You’re right on the money. It’s the smush plugin! I’m going to check if another similar plugin doesn’t cause the same issues.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out!
