Go to Downloads > Settings > Payment Gateways and enable “PayPal, then enter your PayPal email address.

thanks so much. I enabled the “test” for now, but when i run a test it just says success…there is no prompt to download the music, and the automatic email i set up does not offer the download either.

my email was blank but i just added this to the body: {download_list}

but for some reason the emails seem to be very delayed…any reason why?

How long is very delayed? 10 minutes? 3 hours?

i tried testing it again last night and still havent received the email…10 hours?

Are the payments marked as Complete in Downloads > Payment History?

there are no payments there at all.

Hi there,
The reason this happens is because your test product is free. EDD is coded not to send to payment gateways if it’s a free product, so the option is removed. PayPal has a minimum order amount of 50 cents. Cart totals below this will not be able to be processed by PayPal. If you increase the price to $1, the option should come back.
