    Chris-

I changed the price to .99 and tried both with a discount code and without. each time it only requires my email address and first and last name and says either “success-1” or “1-success-1”.

Either way i am not getting an email with the download. Maybe I am misunderstanding what is supposed to happen, but I assume for payment purposes it would require more than just my email, first and last names and that it would send me something to download.

In regards to being free. my understanding was that if you set the price to free it bypasses the payment portion. however, even when it is free it just requires my email, first and last name and then says “success-1”.

    Please advise,
    Jeremy

Ok the problem is that ajax isn’t being processed correctly. It’s getting blocked.

Can you deactivate all other plugins for a quick test to see if one is conflicting?

Ok I see what it is (I think). You need to update to the latest version of WordPress.

Send me a new screenshot that shows the Download Configuration box. The first one you sent did not have a file download setup, so I want to make sure it is correct.
