Enabling the lightbox

So I am having an issue trying to enable the lightbox feature on my thumbnail images. I am using the thumbnails with this method:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[ngg_images gallery_ids="1" display_type="photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails" rel="lightbox"]'); ?>I have taken a look inside the advanced settings and I have a suspicion this is where the problem is, it would appear paths are not pointing to the correct location? Now I have tried to specify the path but with no joy.
I have tried to look for the files specifically in my file directory but I cant even seem to find them :S
